Every block is built around an internal core, so a suite can be 500 sq ft or 8,000 depending on what you actually need this year. Leases from three months, fibre broadband, meeting rooms and kitchenettes as standard. We also rent 40ft storage containers on the same site, from £40 a week.

Planning permission granted for Phase 3
Planning permission has been granted for a new building with a gym and fitness studio, a ground-floor coffee shop, and a first-floor conference suite with meeting rooms — plus an expanded car park. We'll share updates here as construction progresses.

Grovelands runs entirely on renewable power, generated by its own 1.5MW on-site solar farm, completed in 2023. The array produces around four times more electricity than the whole park uses — making Grovelands a net exporter of clean energy, not just a consumer of it. That's not a green tariff bought from a supplier, but actual solar power generated on the land surrounding the park.
